Privacy Policy
The management and protection of personal data of visitors/users of the Network’s services are subject to the terms of this section as well as the relevant provisions of Greek law (Law 2472/1997 for the protection of the individual from the processing of personal data, as supplemented by the decisions of the President of the Personal Data Protection Authority, P.D. 207/1998 and 79/2000, and Article 8 of Law 2819/2000) and European law (Directives 95/46/EC and 97/66/EC). These terms are formulated considering the rapid development of technology, especially the Internet, as well as the existing – though not fully developed – framework of legal regulations regarding these issues. In this context, any possible related regulation will be addressed in this section. In any case, the Network reserves the right to change the terms of personal data protection after notifying visitors/users and within the existing or potential legal framework. If any visitor/user disagrees with the personal data protection terms set forth in this section, they must not use the services of the Network.
The personal data collected by the network is as follows:

The Network includes links ("links") to other websites which are not controlled by it, but by third parties (individuals or legal entities). Under no circumstances is the Network responsible for the Privacy Policy of these third parties.
- IP Addresses
The IP address through which the computer accesses the Internet and subsequently the Network is used exclusively for gathering statistical data.
- General Terms of Personal Data Protection
The Network safeguards the personal nature of your information and cannot transfer it to any third party (individual or legal entity) for any reason, except in accordance with relevant legal provisions and to the competent authorities only.
The Network maintains records of the personal data that is sent by the visitor/user exclusively for communication, financial, and tax purposes.
The visitor/user can contact the relevant department to verify the existence of their personal file, correct it, change it, or delete it.
Visitors/users of the Network who are minors may access the Network’s services only with the consent of their parents or guardians and are not required to submit their personal information. In the case of such data being submitted by minors, the Network deletes the relevant information.
The Network, particularly the marketing department, may process part or all of the data you have sent for statistical, financial reasons, and to improve the provided services and information.
